The Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case involving mifepristone, a commonly used abortion pill, and the Food and Drug Administration's actions in recent years to make the medication more accessible. The high court is reviewing a federal appeals court's ruling that said the FDA's actions were unlawful.

Ah yes the party that claims to want to limit government overreach wants to tell people how to live their lives

The Solicitor General (government’s lawyer) was absolutely brilliant. She’s incredibly intelligent and extremely effective.

Why does the Supreme Court keep taking cases where there are no damages? How does it make sense legislating based on hypothetical plaintiffs?

Elizabeth Prelogar is just, absolutely, awesome. Complete command of the case. Complete command of the relevant law. Never speaks in anything but complete sentences strung together as complete paragraph and thoughts. Never a pause or nonsense word. Impressive in every respect.

I have not heard of anyone complaining about the birth control pill. What is the problem?

I want to see if SCOTUS doesn’t want the FDA to decide which drugs should be dispensed. If the FDA can’t allow drugs to be dispensed, the Supreme Court shouldn’t make laws.

Wow Jackson saved for last. Her questioned:/ agreeableness with the government I think shows her view on the outcome of this case.

Weird how Senator Hawley’s wife is arguing a case in front of the Supreme Court that normally would never have standing.

Seems everyone 's conscience is severable from the true issue & concerns .... / .... Unfortunately that 'severance' continues splitting at Americans, sadly, amid the "LEGAL PROCESSES", respectfully, (and without MALICE I write this note --- though I feel I may have not only a "right" to communicate this "opinion", more a duty to freely communicate the concerns ... "Of the marginalized" ... having no voice "in the matter" ... }I wonder y{. [Pastor James S. David, NEBRASKA]

4:16 seems as a "compounding fees / interest -- accelerated mortgage loan model" so I wonder if the "snowball" gathers more "big NRG" at each successive relay ... 'til it hits it's target. Ouch. .... (Too bad it's really not a knock Knox "joke" LoC)

12:45 conscience protections ... until, .... The "conscientious objector" says or does ? Maybe the objector just takes a back seat (in hold) as the American Chiropractors Association before the 1980 could leverage their way to AMA shelter from the storm they themselves made (without conscience).

This is so freaking surreal. The drug is designed to cause an adverse event and the core argument is that studies show no adverse events. If that was true the drug would not be working.😂😂😂

Just tell us who would have standing so we know who to send in next time. MAGA at its finest 👌 good for her for pushing back and refusing to answer it outright. She is really good I think

The USA and this dumb abortion issue. I am male- had a vasectomy 30 years ago. So I am old. I am not from USA. I am of the opinion that all American males should have a vasectomy. That would solve this issue once and for all- and I wouldn’t have to listen to the mindless rants from all sides. Also the prophecy of the movie - Idiocracy could be reversed as currently it is spot on.
