Yeah but ek insan 3 katori sabzi akela khayega to family me totaly 5-6 log hote h to iske hisab se 15-18 katori to sirf sbazi ki lagegi. Mtlb ek time me 3-4kilos sabzi khani padhegi. Day me hi or night ka alag. Or mehngai bhi dekh lo. Or agar itba khana banayngr to sabzi k sath2 baki ingredients jaise oil masale ye sb bhi jada quantity me dalne honge to wo b jada hi lena padhega. Ek middle class familt k liye affordable nahi h waise.

Being a nutrition student I should also need have to avoid such vegetables which can't be digested by the body and produce gases like leafy vegetables, cruciferous vegetables depends on individual body systems. Some suffers from gas problems more frequently than others. It differs.

Otherwise having vegetables are very good for our health. But also have a animal protein/ combination of 2/3 high protein source from the veggies family !
