Vectors | Scalar & Cross product | Derivative of vector function | Gradient | Directional Derivative

This is the first lecture on vector calculus. In this video we learn about the basics of vectors, the scalar product of vectors and the cross product of vectors. The derivative of a vector function is defined with the geometrical interpretation. The Del (Nabla) operator is defined and its operation on scalar point function (Gradient of a scalar point function) is defined. We also discuss the directional derivative in this video with some examples.
