Ex45 has the right to remain silent, but not the ABILITY.

DJT: " I will not partake in Special Counsel Investigations". Earth calling the Donald, you do NOT get to choose which criminal investigations to participate in. The guy's mind is gone.

Trump has been in ' substantial trouble ' for two years. It is about time to take the next step. And then some more.
It is a slap in the face of every American that this guy can announce his run for POTUS as if nothing happened.

Indict, convict, sentence to the full extent of the law., uphold conviction and sentencing. Don't reward criminal behavior.

Judges like it when you tell them, "I will not partake." LOL m

I am extremely skeptical Trump will ever face any significant consequences for his actions. I want to be proven wrong though.

Merrick Garland oversees an entire department of thousands of people and cases fighting multiple fires. Delegating Prosecutorial responsibility to a single guy whose sole job is to keep the investigation going is a smart move. It certainly increases focus. Donny Red Nose should be truly worried.

When will we hear more about the Letitia James / NY case? Trump offered to settle which was turned down. He’s only settled the Trump Univ case in the past so the fact he made an offer to NY says a lot.

The Special Counsel needs to get this moving quickly to have Trump actually be held to account.

You know when I'll finally believe 45's in "substantial trouble?" WHEN HE'S IN PRISON.

Come on! He's been in substantial peril for a long time, but prosecutors seem afraid of charging him for some inexplicable reason. He should have been charged with multiple felonies a long time ago. This should have been done in early 2021. There was plenty of evidence that multiple crimes had likely been committed by Trump and those around him. The details weren't known, but that's the purpose of investigations--to get to the details. That crimes had been committed there could be little doubt. The 1/6 Committee has found mountains of evidence of multiple crimes. The DOJ could have found this too, if Garland had bothered to do his job, and not dithered, dawdled, and delayed taking action. Criminal investigations only need reasonable suspicion a crime was committed to get started. There was much, much, much more than reasonable suspicion in this case. It just required doing some work that Garland seems not to want to do.

How immensely satisying it would feel after Trump's agressive 'Lock her up' chants against Hillary Clinton at his rallies, we would see Trump hands behind his back handcuffed being frogmarched out of Mar a Lago.
