This is the first time I’ve ever had to ask if the Secret Service will protect him in jail. There’s no statute that says a former president loses that protection even if convicted of a crime.

That affidavit isn't going to be made public any time soon. And it shouldn't be made public. We will just have to wait for Trump's criminal trial to find out what's in it. What fun

He should be prosecuted for the call he made to Mr Ratzenberger, and his role in the Jan 6th insurrection as well
