A nominee to the Supreme court should be held accountable to what they say to Congress to win their nomination. Once appointed, if they rule against their own statements, they should lose that job. How can a "Supreme Judge" be in a position as a liar? No wonder people don't have confidence in the justice system. Thomas taking money and gifts, his wife helping to overturn the election, Alito flag gate, it's all appalling. And it is unbelievably disgusting.

I, like Andrew Weissmann, prefer not to do math in public ... but I counted 5 justices during their confirmation hearings, under oath and before congress, state that "no president is above the law". Clarence Thomas is conspicuously absent.

Impeach them all. Let them at least defend themselves instead of dropping a decision like this on the last day of this session -- and running out of the building like the bully/cowards they are!
