The higher level of TSH acts as a signal to the thyroid gland to produce and release more thyroid hormones. When the thyroid gland fails to respond, TSH levels continue to rise, indicating an underlying problem with the thyroid gland and leading to a diagnosis of hypothyroidism.

Respected doctor, i am from Pune, Maharashtra.
My angiography showed coronary slow flow in all coronaries without any obstructive coronary artery disease. I am taking nikoran 10 BD. I am experiencing symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, cold hands and feet, fast heart rate, dizziness, very low urine output, thirst and very dark urine. Slight relief with nikoran but not much. What can i do further? Doctors in Pune are neglecting this condition. But i have severe symptoms and can't even do my routine activities.
