I've ate meat all my life and at 66 I've never felt better. My pot belly is probably due to the sugars I've taken in for so many years until I first saw Dr Berry's video on it. I've shed most of my sugar diet but not quite all. I'm getting there.

Agreed!!!! I’ve been training for 35 years and have tried just about every diet you can imagine. What I’ve consistently found is that I perform and am infinitely better when my body has adequate amounts of fat.

My testosterone (total) nearly doubled when I started eating plenty of animal fat (keto). BUT my free testosterone tanked and became catastrophically low. Any tips???

I've noticed that if I don't get enough fat being pregnant, I get severely constipated and it's very painful. It's happened to me 3 times now.

I think I'd put sleep at the top always. Your body ain't gonna do squat if you ain't sleeping. Sleep has been the big red pill in my journey of losing weight and gaining muscle. There is a reason we fail so garbage when we don't get enough.

but yeah high fat helps too. Noticed with keto my libido shoot up.
