Okay, you can't actually think that. Love the channel dude but If you don't know, don't comment on it or do your research. Medieval European armour WAS designed with mobility in mind and some full plate amour were even advance enough for the wearer to preform gymnastic feats.

European armor was most definitely made with mobility in mind. You ever see those videos of people full on sprinting in plate armor? The biggest difference is it also had the best defense in mind. There were few weak points.

Knight armor was definitely designed with mobility in mind. People who’ve never worn knight armor assume the knights were slow, then are utterly shocked when people start doing flips and acrobatics inside of knight armor.

You don’t have to down play European technology to appreciate Japanese technology.

European plate armor was never cumbersome, it was forged to the knight in question, so it fit them perfectly and would not restrict movement, you can sprint, you can mount a horse on your own, you can even roll around (like dark souls)
