Keeping track of how much time you spend on your tasks is a GREAT way to be honest with yourself about how much time you're taking on different tasks!
I've definitely been guilty of spending a lot of time on tasks that I could give to someone else. Those things DEFINITELY take away from spending time on what makes my business special, me.

Ok so my thing is … say you go into business with two partners.. you guys wear all the hats at first until you feel like you need someone. How do you know when you can pass the hat to someone under your partners? Once they have another task? Like how do you know when to scale
