Thanks for a good tip! I saw another one that used Replace to change the = to some text ex "notext", copy the text, and then change the "notext" back to = but great to have an alternative!

I've watched 3 videos now and this is the fastest way I think. I cannot believe Microsoft does not have a way pasting the cells directly, they are so unbelievably stupid!!
