I trained twice a day 6 days a week a decade ago. I made some great gains (being on gear) recovery was never an issue how around 6 months of that my tendons started to give out and i ended up with some real bad tendonitis that took me out of lifting so long that i lost pretty much all my gains and never went back to the gym. Slow and steady wins the race! If you try to become Mr Olympia in a year something is going to give out!

Just for the record - NOBODY can work out twice a day 6 days a week unless they're juiced to the gills.

If there is anybody to listen to on legs. It is Tom. There are current body builders today that look at Toms legs. Saying damn how did he do that .

Exactly the problem with the online fitness industry nowadays, every single person is different and will react differently to different diets and training regimes. Find out what works best for you as an individual work on that and pay close attention to your weaknesses should bring the best results.

He's right. Work out Legs as hard as you can every 14-days. Only twice a month. On 1st day No less than 8-10 reps & the other day 12-15 reps for each set for an hour long session. Ur legs will grow in strength & size like never before. I did it every 7-days & they never grew much but were strong. Wait another week & they have both full strength & more size. Wish id known this as a beginner. It really works well.
