WATCH: Southwest Karen-Passenger FREAKS On Helpless Employees

"Southwest Airline's operational meltdown has put the Dallas-headquartered company under serious scrutiny -- not only from stranded passengers and media reports but from US Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg as well.
He spoke directly to Southwest CEO Bob Jordan on Tuesday about the thousands of flights that have been canceled this week with no immediate indication of when passengers can rebook.
"Their system really has completely melted down," Buttigieg told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Tuesday.
"I made clear that our department will be holding them accountable for their responsibilities to customers, both to get them through this situation and to make sure that this can't happen again."

Bullshit. Southwestern airlines made huge profits last year. Why didn’t they use any of that money to prepare for the upcoming winter?Instead the shareholders and the CEOs got fat checks, and the consumers have to pay the price.

Consumers are seeing more cancellations, higher prices for tickets, smaller seats, and horrible over priced food. I’ve heard that some airlines now want to charge even more money by charging passengers for their carry-on luggage.

I am a disabled man with a medical alert dog. I have had nothing but problems with airlines and passengers over my disability status, and my dog. It’s a goddamn nightmare. If friends from across the country want to see me, they’re going to have to fly to me. I’m done with the airlines.

I feel bad for the airline workers especially baggage! They get zero breaks! Please take care of your workers by hiring more workers so you wouldn't be in this mess. Don't just blame it on the weather. You charge double the price during the holiday season yet don't hire more workers and don't include bags or offer more flights or holiday pay. HIRE MORE WORKERS! YOUR WORKERS ARE OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID! There aren't even enough pilots!

Well I don't fly I drive and if I can't get there by driving I don't need to go. Plain and simple I drive I get to stop when I want to stop do what I want to do see what I want to see cuz we have a really great country and I got to travel it when I was a kid with my parents and now I'm wanting to go back and see how things have changed for the better whereas areas might have changed for the better I don't think the people in their attitudes probably have right now so I'm just kind of staying home and minding my own.
