U won't even understand some of then since they don't understand themselves. The solution to missing strap is never remove the strap from the instrument. Let it be permanently part of the instrument. When unmounting, remove the whole strap from your neck, do not unmount from the hook.

You seem to be misusing or abusing the word “Depression “. Being discouraged nor disappointed is not even close to being depressed. There’s a huge disparity between both verbiage.
