I have noticed that the patient’s weight is 45 kg, and the dose of paracetamol is 1 g, while it should be 500 mg. We can’t code PRN and we need to escalate. If I am wrong please correct me.🙏

Thanks for sharing, its a comprehensive training . prednisolone needs to administered after a meal where as liver thyroxine is on empty stomach but these two drugs are now given at the same time .Is that okay ?
