How to Remove the Microsoft Outlook Viva Insights for Your Organization

If you use Microsoft Outlook with an Office 365 account, you might have noticed those annoying daily and monthly emails from Microsoft Viva that have "insights" about your other emails and seem more like an invasion of your privacy more than anything else.

To remove this feature, you will need to get into the Microsoft 365 admin center so make sure you have the rights to log in and then you can remove Viva from there.

**NOTE**
You can also edit the add-on to disable it if you don't want to actually delete it in case you want to use it again, otherwise it might be difficult to add the add-in back to Exchange.
