Updating BIOS without a CPU, AsRock Pro RS Z690 D4 motherboard make 13th gen w/o 12th gen cpu update

This I9-13900kf PC consists of:
Aorus Z690 Elite AX motherboard with F20 bios
16GB of Kingston Fury RAM, 5600Mhz running at 4800Mhz base speed
Zotac RTX 3070 TI
no case
1TB M.2 Gen 3
850 Watt EVGA Gold PSU

Thanks for the video but there's a question i've been trying to ask and i've noticed i can't seem to find it in one of the Asrock bios updates it mentions "Load Intel Base Power Limit Settings" i've been trying to find out which section it is in the bios but so far i haven't found it could you tell me where it is if it isn't too much trouble? thanks again!

Hello, your video was quite informative. But I can't seem to update my motherboard BIOS. It's an AsRock Z690M-ITX/ax and I insert the flash drive, push the flash button but it only blinks green-yellow three times and then sits at solid yellow. Do you know what might be causing this problem? Thank you and cheers!

Dude, i bought an Asrock B660M PG Riptide and want to use 13th Gen Processor, so it means i have to update bios, but i have no idea my motherboard has bios flash button or no. Any solution, please?

I just did this and instead of just the flashing led going off at the end, all motherboard lights shut off. I waited a few minutes after just in case they would turn back on like a system restart. Nothing. Shut down psu, then back on. No MB lights. Am I screwed?
