Can we copy program from Arduino using this software

Do you upload. Elf files or. Bin files? When upload files from my pc to this custom blue pill board that I have and check the run after programming box, I get upload successful message but the program does not run and my board gets disconnected I think that's because I have to set boot1 back to vdd?(I am using UART through a USB to TTL dongle)

Do you have any experience on how the flash works on the dual-core stm32h7s work? For example, how do you flash just the m7 or just the m4? Or if you bootload it (BOOT0=1), will both cores try to program the file?

If you use an old USB 2.0 cable you need to put it in the USB 2.0 port of your computer and not the USB 3.0.
