Dr Rosenberg (as a fellow PCP) is RIGHT after my own heart. "Maybe we need to take a look at THAT and take care of the patient who's presenting with a problem." BEAUTIFUL! Incredible how this simple concept is MISSED too often!

Is there a connection between May-Thurner syndrome and nocturnal polyuria? Daytime fluid accumulation in the legs that is released when laying flat.

I noticed nocturia after I ceased drinking alcohol. More exactly, nocturnal polyuria I think although I have not yet measured the volume. Sleep is definitely not as good as it used to be. I'll consider sleep apnea next. I'm seventy.
