I was a pro athlete for 12 years, I would come home from training dehydrated late at night and drink a lot of water. This would make me pee 2-4 times a night for 12 years. I have stopped my sport and drinking any water close to bed time but my bladder still wakes me up 2-4 times a night to pee, it wont let me fall back asleep until I pass any amount of urine. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this issue? its destroying my life, I'm always so tired.

The doctor is assuming that we all have 'health care providers' that are actually competent and available. In the UK we have a very small chance of getting a face to face appointment or any kind of useful treatment from our 'GPs'. In addition there is a huge hierarchy of skill, you never see the same doctor twice, and many of are 'newbies; who don't have historic hands on experience on the more subtle medical conditions. Relying on my HCP being able to deal with a condition like noctoria is wishful thinking. But thanks anyway.
