I live in southern California, and we have had more rain than usual for the past two years. At least twice as much as normal for this area. It flooded here twice last year.

this is gonna happen regardless he just said it. It is also said that in order to have any substantial effect all production will have to stop world wide, aint gonna happen! this is a time to start building the aqua ducts and divert water fron the great white north and east duh!
