Life is much less boring after giving up weed tbh. I'm amazed that after only a couple days it's like i feel like a completely different person. My emotions are back. I felt happy yesterday for the first time in a long time.
Caught up with friends i had been leaving hanging it's actually crazy. Never again will i smoke

I went 6 months without smoking you get comfortable at that stage and thinking 1 hit of weed won’t do anything to you then next thing you know you’re a full blown stoner again. Quiting once again I do remember it being bored and sleep sucked for a few days after that a few weeks in it was a breeze. My brothers smoked around me and I was fine didn’t enjoy the smell anymore, but then I went on vacation for 3 weeks and the stoner life started again haha. This is it this time best of luck to you guys it sucked but the benefits were way worth it I don’t know why I went back

I can not thank you enough for this channel. Everyday, I watch a video to keep myself firm in my decision. Day 3 sober, after 7 years smoking almost daily, few times a day.

You make a ton of solid points man, as someone who smoked/vaped for over 12 years. I appreciate the upload.

Dutches, rollups, wraps, other tobacco product used to smoke weed w/ also caused me to have heavy nicotine withdrawal.
Day #2 of me quitting I relapsed & rolled a blunt.. I haven’t smoked any tobacco from a dutch in 3 months & made the mistake of switching to vapes & joints/bongs as if I was replacing that high I’d get from rolling & smoking a blunt. I relapsed Day #2 (Today) because after I got rid of all my paraphernalia, I kept on going back & forth w/ that “addictive voice” until I gave in… this is hard man. Haven’t been able to sleep or eat for 2 days, but I’m going to try again & be more aware of my emotions tomorrow.

In life’s analogy for the Myth of Sisyphus, my boulder is getting harder and harder to love without weed, but I’m going to keep trying.

When I was quitting speed after 3 years of daily use ( 3 years clean and totally 0 cravings ) and I started DJing, cooking, cleaning, doing all groceries. My wife is happy and I love these chores :D I put on set I made on headphones, or some educational podcast, and go all out on my house xD Now just weed left. Hurts like hell but I will do it (just 5 days now but I wont break) :D Thanks for your assistance doc, great videos. I use them to brainwash my mind into thinking smoking is bad and it works :D

I discovered cooking and love growing food and rotating soil to maintain nutritional value.

I quit for three months. My new routine is still boring. All the days are the same. The glow is gone. The one thing I do like in being sober, is my growing bank account. I hate routine and I hate boredome.

I've been smoking carts for 2 years every day now and I've been trying to quit I'm on day 3 right now and I don't think I can do this anymore. I don't want to quit but at the same time I want my dreams back I want my body to be clean but its so difficult to resist the voices trying to convince me to rip my cart.

If you're counting so much..you're likely to relapse . Just stop counting. Does it really matter how many days if the point is to not smoke
