Day 37 and I want to say I don’t crave it but I do see and feel all the symptoms of being overweight. It’s mind blowing how weed numbed out my physical symptoms caused by my obesity. Now just on a weight loss journey. 20 pounds down in 37 days

In two weeks on Feb 8th I'll be One year clean off of weed. I remember when I first stopped smoking and was watching these videos. If I can do it you can do it. I was heavily into dabbing for 10 plus years and used THC for 17years straight. YOU TOO CAN DO IT!

It’s crazy how when you explain your own personal experiences with weed it’s almost parallel with what I’ve experienced, your videos are helping me miles by helping me understand these things are normal to go through, im on day 2 almost day 3 so it’s still early days for me but with all the positive comments on here it gives me hope that weed won’t control my life anymore

I started eating really clean, started drinking natural detox juices, drinking Seamoss, working out and drinking a gallon and a half of water. Its been 8 days already and I feel brand new. No withdrawal symptoms either, mind you I've been smoking daily for about 7 years straight now. I won't ever go back to that unhealthy routine of getting high daily. Thanks for this content to help me stay consistent and motivated on my decision to clean up my THC habit.

Dr frank thank you!!! im 10 days clean from weed after 22 years of heavy smoking weed and i couldnt of done it without you, you have really changed my mindset and life. I feel so strong in my recovery. All the hints and tips you give, gives me so many options if im having a craving to deal with that craving and move on. You made me think about my addiction in such a different way. Im from the uk where its seems so difficult to get help for weed addiction but finding you, who has been through this, has made it so much easier! I wouldnt be able to do all of this if it wasnt for free!!! so thank you for being totally unselfish and thinking of helping everyone, not just people that can afford it. I have recommended you to so many people i know and will continue to do so. your AMAZING!!!!

Tomorrow is 1 month clean. I've viewed this video several times in the past -- both when I was still using (but considering quitting ) and newly quit. All those previous times, the idea of being off weed for 1 full year seemed IMPOSSIBLE! I am very glad to report that it no longer seems impossible to me but I am very much looking forward to it!💪💪

I’ve finally overcome this addiction to thc. I remember when it was impossible to get through just one day or even a night without it. I still get the thoughts and temptations about relapsing but i’m still weed free 💪🏽

39 or so days here. I am trying to be patient with myself that this is going to take time to get used to a totally new life. 13 year daily smoker, and I'm so glad I finally conquered this, took many attempts but finally it stuck.

I’m now 7 days sober, and I was only planning to take a month off after 3 years of daily smoking from morning to evening. Besides the withdrawal, asthma/allergies, and my reduced appetite, I can now say I am excited getting high off of life instead. I now want to push my sobriety for as long as I can go bc the clarity feels great. Thank you your vids, they would pop up and be a constant reminder to grow past this addiction. Good luck to all on their journey!

I’m 9 days sober after a short relapse. The hardest part is the irritability. I can keep my cool for the most part but being annoyed all the time makes me feel miserable. Last time the irritability lasted for nearly 3-months before I noticed it going away, so here we go again…
