Here’s how I keep it under control:
- Don’t wait to shower after exercising
- Trim / shave facial hair frequently
- use nizoral on face / hair as instructed in video
- 15 mins of sauna 4+ times a week (this was a game changer)
- can’t control this, but more humid environments help (I live in a desert)

Guys in the comments, try to stay away from steroidal stuff, or if you have to only for a couple days, sulfur 8 works amazing on the scalp, and on the face use lots of raw honey and aloe vera to moisturize and get inflammation down

Had it for 5 years already. Nothing worked. Not even Cortison. MCT Oil however did it.

in my case some food does this, like wheat for example anything bread or pasta i got this back with strength, annoying .

and how about dercos? in my country Nizoral is really pricy because I guess it imported and dercos is way cheaper (1/4 the price)

I have dry skin on my neck that just appeared last year it's really itchy I'm not sure if it's eczema should I be concerned?

It's funny how we can cure leprosy and not a common skin condition.... Truth is, most dermatologists are completely unaware of the bodies skin and gut connection and would much rather have you on their prescribed meds for your whole life.
