I suffered from it several years, so i stopped eating bread and minimized sugar consumption and increased water drinking. Now i'm good, i got rid of it

Spending more time in the sun and supplementing vitamin D helped me a great deal. Sugary foods have been my worst enemy.

Thank you! I've been to a dermatologist about this and still did not get as much information as this video.

took him 8 minutes just to tell us it can't be cured.

That's what this is called?! I used to try to explain to people that my skin is oily, but also dry and flaky while still oily, like my nose 😂
I got rid of it when I started using a face scrubber daily
My skin is clear and feels clean and smooth now 😍

Dr. Linkov thank you so very much for this video! I've had seborrheic dertmatitis since 2012, I've had very few flare ups after managing my stress/diet. It's been a long battle but with ketaconazole shampoo and argan oil shampoo diluted with tea tree oil has helped me immensely. It accelerated my hair loss but after 3 hair transplants I'm back to solid density and a mostly full head of hair again. Your videos have helped me immensely and even post op I still watch your videos to continue learning what I need to. Thank you for all that you do.

Thank you so much! I struggled so much to diagnose what was going on with my scalp. There aren't many sources that describe Seborrheic Dermatistis for dark skin and it was difficult to see that that is what I had.

I've been fighting this since 2018, and have lost a great amount of hair due to dandruff. Most doctors just recommend you a shampoo and call it a day without truly helping you or even knowing whats up. I'm not joking when I say that this video has given me more information about my issue than all the doctors I visited these years. Thank you for your this video.

I completely cured my Seborrheic Dematitis by using Pyrithione Zinc Bar Soap (must moisturize face after) and Nizoral (Ketoconozal) Shampoo. It's something I struggle with for over a decade of my life trying to figure out. These absolutely solved my problems. My red patches and dandruff disappeared in a week. I've tried absolutely everything. This is what works for me. Hope it works for you.

Very interesting video thanks. I personally tend to get some symptoms around my nose and forehead once every 2 weeks. Usually when I’m stressed/tired or both
