Checking your fingernails for signs of Melanoma

Other than the regular manicure, few people really worry about their fingernails, but your nails could be giving you a warning sign.

Guys, I had an appointment with Dermatologist yesterday because of this line on one of my nail.

He scolded me instead for not taking enough Vitamins and poor health.
I also discussed with him regarding Melanoma and Google scaring everyone, he said lot of kids and youths asks him to do biopsy directly after reading from google. Also he said Melanoma doesn't look like this and is very rare in my age group (I'm 22).
So if you've a line of light uniform colour with width less than 3mm, more often than not it is lack of Vitamins especially if you're not white (I'm brown)
Don't make negative assumptions quickly, best is to visit a doctor and rule out any doubt.
