I don’t have moons on any of my fingers except my thumb, but they are really small. I workout six times a week and eat 3 meals a day plus a snack 🤔

used to have pretty drastic moons, but I only have one that I can see on my thumb. Im also anemic so this checks out

Doctors used to hold your hands when they talked to you because they would examine your hands without you knowing. I miss old fashioned bed side manners.

Sometimes i would bite off my cuticles an i would see my moon but when i dont its covered by it. I also have a nail biting habit as a coping mechanism and ive been struggling with life. Thanks for telling me

I was recently diagnosed with depression and those things on my nails are gone. He might be lying and they’re just gone or it’s true, either way that’s pretty cool

I have 2 different types of heart failure, anemia, diabetes, kidney disease, depression, COPD, fibromyalgia, high/low blood pressure and a few other things……my nails have pink moons or no moons at all and a lot of ridges going from base to tip. And they are very brittle and will just split and go the length of the nail into the quick and get infected…..a lot!

I don't have moons and I've never ever had any moons either. I'm a very observant person so I'd surely know if I ever had them-

The moons are normal and you should get it checked out if you DONT see them. Sometimes they are under your skin but they also could mean you might have anemia, malnutrition, or depression.
Everybody has moons, it’s not bad too have them.
