I hate squats they always hurt my back. No matter how I do them, so I gave up on them.

It not that simple when i have bunions on both feet. bad posture. and slipdisk.. i been in 3 related car accidents, and my body has been though a lo, in the last 30 years, i had my first accident from a hit and run. in 74. broken ankle. whip lash. In 89. and 1 Serious car accident, two drunk drivers hit my Dad car and my sister 8 yr old and 3 yr old boys. In 82, thier grown and have a family. I'm just turned 69 last year. and nothing changed. I have my good days and worst days . i do sitting exercise every morning, but i switch from time to time and work out with bands and ankle weights and a foor exerciser.
