Hi Gary, thanks for the video. Training with low or high intensity is the one that currently confuses me . I did hit 40 this year and I am still keeping my 30s shape but I am worried if I keep going heavy with the same volume I am used to do can make me exposed to injuries without noticing. Should I slow down now or keep going as long as I still have the same energy?
