This computer here, a NEC lavie, freezes when enter the bios screen (or before, when says "entering setup"). I was able twice to to hit 2 keys then froze.
I tried your videos for battery and power supply test and CMOS reset but still have the issue. Is it possible to have to substitute the CMOS battery? Or I'm missing something?

I am experiencing a problem where i am in a boot loop and i tried to factory reset my laptop the way you suggested. But, when i got into that, there is no reset option above the advanced option like yours do at 3:36, there is only the advance option. What should i do?
