My ex became distant with me because he was still in love with his ex wife and never told me until breaking up with me. I would confront him and ask him about it. He would say that I am just confusing myself, that it's my trauma, or that he doesn't see what the issue is. He would also say that he couldn't communicate with me because of how I was "acting".

My ex would always ask if I had taken my "crazy" pills if I seemed a little off with him on any particular day. At that time I didn't realize I was living with a narc but everything has fallen into place since watching your videos!

Narcissist are such great cons master manipulators that even though you're watching this video you might be asking yourself if you're the narcissist you have to understand if you're here watching this video You're self reflecting you're more than likely not the narcissist I can even be more confusing if you're figuring out you're an empath or you're an empath and don't know it a lot of victims from narcissists abuse tend to pick up their traits in my case I do a lot of these things reflecting a person back on themselves not mimicking but reflecting I've self-reflected so much throughout the years that I realized a long time ago that my worst enemy is myself and how I reflect people back on themselves this has gotten me into a lot of trouble in the past because I'm not shy about this I knew this about myself for at least 20 years before I figured out I was an empath that's how self-aware a empath is

All I know is my Narc spends more time talking to make me believe he loves me than actually loving me. I hate it here lol I have recordings as much as I hate listening to them it’s crazy town! He reels me back in, in those moments by literally putting HOURS of crying in the fetal position in the bathroom floor into making me believe I’m always wrong and always taking him wrong.
