Thank-you Angel. Very helpful. God is making me stronger thru all the abuse I have endured and helping me to spot these people so much sooner now and to hold up boundaries and speak less! I am just a magnet for them still. Praying to be confident in the Lord in my speech too. I realized recently that I am a lot like Timothy in the Bible - timid and lots of fears still. Please pray for me that I would be confident in my identity in Christ and not a people pleaser & all that comes with a lifetime of emotional abuse. I say no more in Jesus mighty name!! I am thankful to have found you. I love Isaiah 61:3. I shared that scripture today with a believer. God bless you!

Is there a word to describe someone who I know is a sweet, well intentioned female friend, but completely seems oblivious to certain her actions. I don't believe it's gaslighting, I think it's something else. There's a few things she does that are absolutely destructive to me, but when I bring it up, she acts like it's no big deal and doesn't address it.

Hey just a tip, you should adjust the audio as the music is so much louder than your voice that it's quite disruptive.

Great video! My solution is to do the same to them as they do to you but in a higher consciousness- they resent anything high consciousness bc it draws the negative energy away that they So badly crave! Great video 👏 What I did: 1. Get off social media (you can still keep messenger) it’s a cesspool of toxicity with snide remarks and fake inflammatory news and opinions that zap your brain and mood 2. Block then on your phone so they can’t instigate you at all hours (if it’s an emergency, they know how to find you or get another sucker to cater to them) 3. Be polite but distant. Basically: Hope you are well, now go find another sucker. But yes, just like you said: it’s all about them and the attention and energy (Loosh) they can get. 💖
