With a few words reset the on board mega using RES->GND connect 5v and TX RX and with this use the CH340 serial chip of the UNO to program the pro mini without extra usb->ttl converter adaptor.

Do you do all of this, because you do not have a USB to Serial TTL adapter? If yes, why you do not explain this in the description? And BTW, the link to schematics does not work.

I think you need to cross join the Tx-Rx lines, like Tx on one to the Rx on the other (transfer-receive).

for what you connect between reset to GND? I think in following you i burned my ch340. Before i wasnt problem with my arduino but now its all the time send error: avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 10 of 10: not in sync: resp=0xa6 i try reinstall my USB drivers but it doesnt help.
