I just ordered one of these. The interior is excellent. Actually the whole truck is excellent. Don’t know why the reviewer thought it was cheap. Here in Australia the Ranger Raptor is the benchmark. I looked at every mid sized truck and I was hesitant to spend the dollars on the Raptor, but nothing else comes close. I cannot wait until mine arrives.

Wow he has to be fan of Toyota and or gm because he is way off with many of the complaints and the comparisons where he says this or that was better in other truck is not even close. In fact some things he said are factually wrong and can be proven just by comparing specs on the trucks.

I own one and totally disagree with his view on the interior. The seats and steering wheel are excellent, the dash offers multiple patterns and textures. The color accents give it a special sporty feel. It overall looks good and the screen is not cheap, great resolution, finally the BO is a very crisp sound!

For the difference in price and fuel economy, I don't think the loss of interior size and payload in a Ranger vs a F150 makes sense. The only reason I can think of to choose a Ranger is that you actually want the smaller size.

In *"sales lingo"* this vehicle matters big time for Ford Dealers because they know already they have a huge hit with the Ford Maverick but can now #upsell to a Ford Ranger off of the sales of Mavericks into Rangers. Lots of improvements still needed materially in this truck inside and out but this is new sheet metal absolutely and competes directly with both the Ford Maverick and Ford F150 so Dealerships will love that as well. Still no hybrid tho so will wait for that before taking an entertainment interest in the Ranger moniker. Given the disaster at Toyota tho best thing to ever happen to the Ford Ranger since being first offered in the 1980s as a great entry level truck😊

The Tacoma has a really cheap interior too. The problem is Ford Ecoboost engines dont have a good reputation, this and Bronco would be better with the Coyote
