Crazy but true story: I had a reservation for this truck at my local ford dealership in Concord, NC. I called weeks ahead of time and got on the list for when the books opened up to order. Eventually, I finally got the call to come in and put down my deposit and to choose my options so when the books opened, my order would immediately be put in. I got down there, selected everything, $500 deposit, got my booklet and documents, so pumped that is was gonna happen. A few days later I get a call from the GM of the dealership thanking me for coming in and he wanted to ‘go over a few details’ started explaining that the dealership was only getting 1 Ranger Raptor for the 2024 model year, and it was mine, BUT, upon delivery, they were going to add $20, 000 to the MSRP. I said absolutely not and got my deposit back.. I waited 2 years to get that truck, ever since I heard they were making them, I wanted one. Sucks that these dealerships are doing this. Supply and demand is one thing..f*cking me over by adding $20k at the last minute is another..

Funny, ford saw that people have been adding colored trim to their interiors and now the ranger raptor has it. Looks cool actually. Not a fan of these newer rangers but i like that.

I have a 2018 f150 xlt, got it blue so i got blue interior trim i installed myself. Doesnt look half as nice as this.

You know what a 3.0TT Ecoboost was doing in 2015? Also making 400hp... in a Lincoln MKZ. Ford has been milking the same 2.0/2.3/2.7/3.0 since like 2013.
