Finally, for us North Americans, the Ranger Raptor is now available. Under the hood is a 3L Twin-Turbo V6 Performance Engine that makes 405 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. You've probably seen many reviewers off-road this truck but what is it like to live with on the daily?

I own Ranger Raptor here in Australia and the build quality is excellent, i think its a US build quality thing. And you miss out on a lot of extra things we get in ours.

It’s a decent truck for people who can’t afford the F150 Raptor.

14:50 Since I bought my Ranger Raptor in 2023, I always say there is nothing Eco about it's Boost! 🤣🤣

Go for the 3.0 oil burner wildtrack. Less horsepower but more than twice as much torque and twice the MPG. And that makes a big difference.

Ranger Raptor, Bronco Raptor or F-150 Raptor? 👀

Well, since it's a raptor. The truck should have amber marker lights in the front grill!!!
And the led light stripes on the headlights should be amber as well !!!

I love the Ranger Raptor but I’m currently driving a Raptor 37 PP and it’s so spacious, I can’t imagine driving anything smaller than that lol. Yeah, getting to tight trails is always a problem but that’s what the truck is for. Who gives a sht about some scratches.

Also, I’m genuinely curious: why does 0-60 time matter so much to car reviewers? This is an off-road performance truck. I can careless about on road 0-60 time. All the engineering only shines when you drive this thing 70 mph in backcountry/desert roads.

Can anyone tell me about the current RR's transmission, 10R60? I am highly considering buying one next year, but I had some concearns about the transmission from the previous model. Have the issues been rectified with the new 10R60 transmission?

Yeah, I had an 04 f150, and a '14. The new ranger isn't nearly that size on the interior.

Shout out from south africa, but it's very risky to own one here.. it gets targeted by thieves and hijackers

The electronic steering is the problem, i think the trucks are supposed to wade water, but the steering rack will need replacement after water crossing, which is not a simple nor cheap replacement though

Very nice but I never buy 1st gen anything. Give Ford a few years they'll work the kinks out.
