Thank you very much for the clear, to the point, thorough explanation of using this software. There are tons of videos on this, but after watching a few, it was really a relief to watch you go through it step by step, and answer many of the questions that I had about Macrium!! What a shame that this video has such a low view and thumbs up count :( Really deserves more!! God Bless!

Sorry but I missed the few steps prior to the beginning of your video. Do I need a separate device to launch macrium since I plan on overwriting the macrium already installed on my target drive .

btw > does it backup and restored (keep the encryption) an encrypted drive (bit-locker) ?

I've been a very happy Macrium Reflect user for years but recently had a the following issue : RESTORING FROM THE BOOT USB RESCUE DISK COULD NOT DETECT THE PRIMARY C: DRIVE MAKING IT USELESS. I turned my laptop upside down trying to resolve this (deleting/recreating partition; reinstall of Windows 11; nothing worked ! The problem was not with Macrium, but with Acer/Intel. There is a driver provided on the Intel site called "RST Raid driver". Issue solved !
