You don’t sin when something is in your heart. You sin when you act upon that feeling or thought. Thoughts come all the time. You can’t do anything about a bird flying above your head, but you can do something about that bird building a nest on your head ha! Once you conceive a thought, there is a gestation period to where that thought may come sin.
