My belief on this is, if you are concerned, worried about committing an unforgivable sin you haven’t. If you have you wouldn’t be concerned whatsoever about it. I have heard the only unforgivable sin is not accepting Jesus as your Savior and you die. As long as you have a desire to not do anything against the Lord then you haven’t. Don’t let the enemy deceive you into thinking you are eternally lost. If you were you wouldn’t care. ❤

I used to worry so much about this. Because of my schizophrenia. I even thought at one point that I was condemned. But I felt the Holy Spirit, quiet but clear, in my heart, in my spirit, working. I knew I was saved. And while I thought I had committed it, but been forgiven, had been dead to it, I know now that I haven't committed it. Exactly my thoughts. If you are afraid that you may have committed this sin, your fear is the proof that you have not. If you go so far as to harden your heart that fully, you are incapable of repentant behavior.

This meant a lot to me. At a very low point in my life when my mother had just died and my drunken father had kicked me out of the house at 17, I cursed the name and questioned even the existence of our God. I turned to a life of sin and blissful ignorance that lasted for almost a decade before my best friend and baptizer showed me the path to salvation through faith in Jesus. I now have a relationship with God and feel truly saved by giving my heart and my faith unto Him.

When I was a naive atheist and a teenager I once cursed the holy spirit using filth. However, years later, I had a spiritual awakening and as soon as the Holy Spirit touched me I weeped. I weeped and weeped and weeped because I felt God’s love and I felt so unworthy of it. If I wasn’t forgiven Holy Spirit wouldn’t have found me and brought me back to Jesus. This return took years and I know the Holy Spirit did all the work that got me back to Christ and that’s how I know I was forgiven. Since I came back to Christ I have been dreading this a lot this past week. And my loving merciful God brought me this video to tell me it’s about your heart in the present moment.
