I did it last year. Now i weigh 71 kilos with more muscle and a flat belly. I am a student ..dont have time for gym. So i train with bands and different variations of pushups

I started walking from Aug 2024 to this day for atleast 10k steps per day but I started off with like 5 to 6 pk steps per day. Just few days ago I started jogging for 10km non stop in 1hrs 10 to 20 mins. My weight was 69 when started and waist was 34 which is now 32 and weight is 63kgs currently. I gave up on eating fried oily stuff. i Do eat but in less quantity on some sundays. Overall I eat normal rice and dal and sometimes eggs. I stopped drinking tea in evening.

The person in photo that you showed has decent amount of muscle, only needs to cut calorie maintaining adequate protein intake. I think you did show wrong photo of skinny fat
