I have recently completed my engineering degree, and currently, my monthly salary is significantly higher than the one mentioned video for fresh graduates. While it is true that the initial salary after pursuing an MBA may not be as lucrative, there is a possibility that even graduates from the top 3 colleges may earn less than what I currently earn. However, it's important to note that salary is not the sole determining factor when considering an MBA. The major point that seems to have been missed is the long-term benefits associated with obtaining an MBA.

Looking ahead, around 10 years down the line, the salary jump for MBA graduates can be extraordinary, and this is where the true value of an MBA becomes evident. While it's essential to acknowledge the negative aspects and flaws of focusing solely on the CTC (Cost to Company) aspect, it is equally crucial to address other significant factors. Pursuing an MBA should not be based solely on the basis of salary. The long-term advantages should also be taken into account.

This video has the potential to influence individuals who are contemplating whether to pursue an MBA by shedding light on these long-term benefits and encouraging a more comprehensive evaluation of the decision.

Also depends on the company. Some companies don’t offer ESOPs. For example a 31lpa package at Asian Paints amounts to 1.66 L in hand

Great elaboration! This video clears the head of all day dreamers 😅 A fresher from national colleges or bschools these days will always have the same money in hand per month everywhere, no? It's only the experience levels that could really be called as earning!

Great video brother 💯. Few things to add in this. If we are talking about 40-30 lakhs salary then that will be given in a tier 1 or metro politan city, like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi Ncr etc. These city has the highest monthly rent+ they overall have a high cost of living+ traveling from 1 place to another take a lot of time and it gets a bit hectic, etc. So considering this, we can bring the in hand salary slightly down

$120k in US is not equivalent to Rs24 Lakhs in India. It's a lot more. A person earning even $100k in the US can save Rs 24 lakhs in an year as just hard cash.

Hello, it appears that the sound effects in the video are too loud, and the transitions could be improved. Furthermore, there is room for enhancing the graphics and sound design of the video. If you are interested, I would be delighted to offer my video editing services. Please let me know if you would like to discuss further.

70k per month as loan repayment 😢😢
That means for the person at bottom of batch getting salary as low as 70-80k in hand, I think loan repayment duration will increase to nearly 10 years
I guess, Life is not that much rosy after MBA for all😢

Sir even the 1 lac one will be locked in loan for 5-6 year or more. Normal person wouldn't be able to opt for 70k emi. And getting lucky in mba at top bschool is hard. Everyone is smart everyone is disciplined
