reality shifting and shifting realties is a huge trend especially on tik tok and many people try to shift to different places like hogwarts and harry potter. theres so many reality shifting methods but i deiced to use the julia method shifting. so i thought it would be fun to film a trying reality shifting for the first time aka a trying shifting for the first time video.

Btw you don't need to feel any types of symptoms when you're about to shift. Also when listening to subliminals it is best that you can't hear anything bc it goes straight to your subconscious. Another thing is remember that no matter how discouraged you get shifting is real whether you want it to be. When trying to shift, when you hear yourself saying that it isn't real or that you're still in your bed just acknowledge the thought and let it go. Because nothing in this reality matters in the first place. ( Sorry that was so long)

i tried it for the first time last night when i was going to bed. i just imagined waking up and being in my dr and replaying what would happen. i felt myself a couple of times feeling weird like i was shifting. i didn't feel like i was in my room anymore but i would get too excited and i think that ruined it. its hard for me to believe it too, it seems too good to be true.
-also what helped me instead of subliminals was making a playlist with songs that line up with the theme of my dr and just thinking about it throughout the day
