I'm a beginner, and literally found out about shifting a week ago, and I was so fascinated that I wanted to try.
A couple of nights ago I was just closing my eyes, imagining my DR, where I was gonna wake up and so on. I was saying affirmations over and over and focusing on my breathing. I felt that my hands started to go numb, and as I was focusing on the darkness it felt as if the world was turning around me. I got excited, and focused even more, and from the darkness it was like a sky just opened up with sooo many bright stars in it. It was as clear as if I would go out and look at a starry sky. My heart started to beat like crazy and my heartbeats were so, so loud in my ears. I think I got too excited, and also a little confused because a starry night sky is not part of my DR lol, so I got too distracted by that, and it faded away again.
I was disappointed and excited at the same time. It felt like I was super close to actually shifting, so I will try again tonight!!

I’m in shifting since 2020 and now I know why I didn’t shift early I used to have so many limitations, if I moved one toe I used to give up because “I messed up”, this video help me a lot thanks. Now I know we all can shift easy we only have to want that <3

Fun fact! People count during their method to keep their mind awake while their body falls asleep so they are in a meditative state where their mind is more susceptible! Then they affirm that they are in their desired reality to convince their brain that they actually are and that's how they shift!

I love how straightforward this video is!
Really the biggest problem for a lot of us beginners is overcomplicating something that we pretty much do on the daily. Only recently I began seeing subliminals as tools rather than necessities. And I knew they were tools, I told myself that, but I found out my subconscious was overlying on things that I could do without needing to listen to subliminals. I tested this yesterday after meditating to try and shift. I used part of the Julia method (really only visualizing and affirming), but listened to music I relate with my DR on repeat. It gave me infinitely more symptoms than some epsilon waves I listened to later. I even got more symptoms when I took off my headphones all together and just kept on affirming and visualizing, and I think I got really close as I felt as if I returned to my body when I opened up my eyes a little too soon. It felt wild.

I was trying so hard to shift and stuff with subliminals, meditation etc. but nothing worked now I was just wondering around yt and I found this video it’s a sign the universe is ready for my shifting thank you so much ❤️❤️🥰

please just please trust your gut!!
today, i woke up pretty early at 7:31 and remember that time, it’ll be important. i used the void method and it was pretty easy to stay still, since i was already half asleep and just counted for about 300 meaning that i THOUGHT 5 minutes had passed by, after a while of thinking i didn’t get into the void, i got up and looked at the time and i was in the void.
the time wrote 7:51 meaning i was in there for 20 minutes, i easily went into the void and could have said my affirmations and immediately shifted, my gut told me that i should yet i didn’t know and didn’t trust my gut, moral of the story plz trust ur gut 💀

Thanks for the tips! I think I'll do another way of shifting like repeat affirmations(i was literally repeating in my head i will shift while watching lmao) all day and before going to bed

I havent shifted yet, after a year, being friends with my bestfriend who got me back into shifting. And fixing my mind from thinking i couldn't shift, and getting so damn close, i wanna thank you for your tips, the tips from everyone brought me so much motivation since i was a new shifter and they still do<3, thank you for all your help Kami! I NEVER understood why people feel like 1) they must be in a certain position to shift and 2) why they have preshifting routines? If it helps you, do it, but ppl new to shifting pls don’t feel like it’s necessary. I’ve never done a specific preshifting routine or been in a certain position to shift. I do count, but that’s because it helps me meditate. Counting doesn’t make me shift.

Thanks for these tips! I've been wanting to try this for a while and I'm just learning whatever I can to help me, and it helps to know I don't have to follow a method to the T because YES counting CAN be distracting!! Thanks so much!!🌟

Anyone that needs help. Do robotic affirming for three days before you try shifting. Shifting is apart of manifestation and Neville Goddard says it only takes 3 days AT MOST of repeating something in your head over and over again and you will receive that thing. You don’t even have to believe it just try your best not to doubt it. And yes doubts are gonna come up but just push through and affirm through it. And it’s not possible to believe in shifting and than not believe in the laws of the universe which is like the law of attraction and law of assumption and more, shifting is LITERALLY APART OF THOSE LAWS and manifestation is also apart of those laws. No specific method is gonna work like magic or gonna work more but this is gonna help you shift! So try this if you’re struggling. 🖤
