What's so funny with everybody I've known to claim they're Reality Shifting they've given me the same advice. "Turn the lights off in your room, light some incense, put on headphones and play relaxing music/asmr noise (rain drops etc), count backwards from 100, think of the reality you want to go to, tell the universe you're going there ("I am shifting into hogwarts"), and close your eyes"
