Astral projection is being in your soul on another plane in the same reality you’re in - not another reality entirely - and you can’t change your appearance or certain aspects of your life or the world in astral projection beforehand. Astral projection and reality shifting is so different because AP is OBE while shifting is you expanding your consciousness and shifting your awareness to your desire reality. If you left your consciousness in astral projection for more then specific time it would be dead. While in reality shifting you expand your consciousness and awareness to your specific reality while the rest of the consciousness continues to live your life in this reality!

i takes more than just seven days if your taking about shifting, it’s all about your conscience. for some people it can take up to 3 or more (or less) years to finally shift for the first time
