I love how the setting and people are from skyrim but the guard and music is Oblivion

This a pitch-perfect parody. Aside from the dragon spawning directly in a town without mods and the existence of anything in water besides NPCs, you could reverse-engineer this in Skyrim.

The only thing missing is the nice morning light being totally obscured by a grey filter.
