Soak bones in salted water in the fridge overnight.

Mix chopped garlic, and Italian seasoning with olive oil and spread on the bones. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F. Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 2-3 more minutes. Serve with your favorite bread.
