I'm just getting started trading. I have a fairly low risk tolerance at the moment and I am looking to buy/hold/sell positions for 3-6 month time periods to keep it simple and keep commissions low. I'm simply having trouble choosing stocks to invest in. It's difficult for a new trader to identify runs higher or lower without relying on news headlines. Any advice on how to identify winners?

Sasha, Can you do a basic video about taxes when doing stock trades? I thought you just get a statement from the broker at the end of the year with wins and losses but I saw one of your videos that said you have to. list every trade on a tax form. That coud be a lot of bookkeeping if you trade a lot.
