Mozzarella 'Cheese' but VEGAN - Super Easy Tasty Recipe

Cheese is one of the hardest things to give up when going vegan. I have tried most of the commercial vegan cheeses and while they taste pretty good usually, they are loaded with saturated fat. Not my thing. So.... I have worked on making various recipes for "Cheese" and this is one of my favorites. It's a fairly good mozzarella replacement, and works really well in pizza, stromboli, and...PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS!
(spoiler, this is an excerpt from our upcoming Philly Cheesesteak Video!)

Ingredients:
1 1/3 Cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Gotta get me one of those spatulas, tried the Vitamix Blade Scraper Accessory, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Grey, Nylon, but don't like it and the ones that came with it.
