I was an Extra in Hercules TV show and we had a Giant Argentinian guy. I stood beside him as he sat down then stood up. Huge Hands holding a can of coke looked like a mini can. They had to build a special bed for him to sleep on.

First of all, clickbait. Secondly, it would have been nice to credit these actual human beings with their names. They're not circus freaks...most had gigantism or acromegaly, a pituitary disorder. The tallest human ever on record is Robert Wadlow, pictured several times here, at 8' 11". Finally, idk why archeologists refuse to acknowledge the discoveries of giants (such as in Greece). Clearly, they exist!

I saw a documentary about acromegaly, that featured 2 of the Chinese people depicted here: they both had confirmed cases and suffered from debilitating arthritis and could barely stand or sit without constant pain. That's why you see them using canes or leaning on others. It's rare the affliction leaves you "strong" like Andre the Giant...usually quite the opposite. Towards the end of his life, he suffered awful pain: your body never stops growing and not all parts grow at the same rate, causing certain parts to start outpacing the rest....one young man in the documentary had the palm of his hand like 10 inches long but his fingers remained a normal length....what would you be able to do for yourself? He was sufferers had normal upper torsos, but legs that got progressively larger until you got to the feet and they were like 20 inches long. Nightmare to live like that.
